My experience ... 🥴 very bad. Long waiting and far too thin for a coffee roaster ... 🤨

Like the last two times, we were unfortunately very disappointed. The staff has been very inattentive for weeks. In the past, empty glasses or cups were always asked whether there was still something left. Today one can be happy if a waitress comes to the table at all. After waiting in vain for 15 minutes today to be served even though the waitress was several times at the next table, we left. In addition, there are clearly no parasols outside. That would be more than appropriate given the temperatures. I don't know if it's because of the new staff, which is often just inside and chatting (last time we had to go in and ask to be served even though the ladies saw that we were sitting outside), but that's no longer the service and the quality we were used to ...

We are used to some good cafes in Cologne, but here we have actually drunk the best cappuccino (with both oatmeal and "normal" milk) for a long time. But not only the coffee is great, the cakes and the nice service have made the little break a very nice one, thanks for that! We will definitely be back.

First to the catering business. Great service very nice waiters and the coffee in the shop is great. Due to the location at the Fissmer facility a nice ambience to enjoy the weather. To the roaster: After tasting the coffee and espresso in the shop, I took the varieties India Ginimao (Espresso) and Ethiopia, Yirgacheffe special roast with me as "Sejerlänner Köppche". Both are prepared in a portafilter. The espresso is round and strong in aroma and very low in acid which I like very much. The "Sejerlänner Köppche" is painted a bit coarser and as a coffee crema also very round and delicious. I will only get my coffee here in the future.

In itself a super cozy café. Unfortunately, at the moment it is little things that spoil the "experience". Café too thin, milk is forgotten, the croissant is too hard, the service takes a long time, the jam comes in the original packaging ... We love going there because the café is so well located, but the quality is lacking at the moment and I'm sure there is more in there;)

Coffee was very good but the young girls do not wish you a nice day, no thanks and no goodbye! You should write them down !!!

We were here for breakfast. Very cozy atmosphere. The service was very friendly and accommodating. We also liked the breakfast selection. However, the coffee is outstanding. It is worth to visit Pagnia! We will come back.

Coffee: the americano and the latte machiatto were very good. The barista knew what she was doing. 5.5 Price: I found the prices for the taste completely appropriate. Not too expensive but not cheap 4/5 Location: you feel good. In the coffee are two large old coffee grinders (I think) that support the good atmosphere. 5.5

Very good and tasty cakes. Also good and extensive selection. Great coffee (a lot of different coffee specialties; you can also buy packaged coffee) and very friendly conditions. My favorite café in all of Siegen. Changing types of coffee, everything was very tasty. You can choose the strength of your coffee, whether mild, medium or strong. There are delicious cakes and waffles on Sundays. Personally, I haven't tried breakfast yet. If you like, you can also order tea, Fritz drinks or wine / Hugo. The employees are happy to provide information and recommendations Everything in a very cozy atmosphere =)

Expensive coffee shop which was average. 3.10€ for a cappuccino with lactose free milk which is less than 8oz is far too expensive. The quality was average only which was disappointing given the first impression.

Very good espresso. As well as the slices of cake. Great atmosphere with background music.

Very nice location right on the market square with a view of the church. Cappuccino also tastes quite good. What is special is that you can choose the strength yourself.
